Patient Simulator (EEG Simulator)
The MiniSim EEG is a compact, battery-operated simulator designed to test the functionality of sleep study monitors and EEG recorders. This microcontroller-based instrument provides five separate floating outputs, simulating Alpha-Beta Rhythm (ABR), sine, square, and triangle waveforms with user-selectable frequencies and amplitudes from 10 microvolts to 3.5 millivolts.
Operation is menu-driven via eight tactile keys and a clear LCD screen, with high accuracy provided by an advanced microprocessor and crystal oscillator reference. Netech's patented cup electrode connector simplifies attaching electrodes to the device during testing.
Compact and rugged, the MiniSim EEG supports quick, intuitive verification of EEG instrumentation, helping engineering teams maintain confidence in monitoring equipment used across sleep and neurology departments.
